Demonstration terms
The terms that come with a demonstration link.
Access to the Veridatum demonstration environment is offered for evaluation. It is not a contract for services, and no fee is payable. These terms apply from the moment you use the access details you were given. If you cannot accept them, please do not sign in.
What the demonstration contains
Anonymised sample data only. The building, organisations, people, places, postcodes and document references shown are substitutions. The technical findings behind them come from a real evidence-recovery exercise, which is why they look like real findings — but no live client data, and no personal data belonging to any resident, is present in the demonstration.
What it is for
Evaluating whether Veridatum is useful to your organisation. It is not for training, for benchmarking against another supplier's product in published form, or for any operational purpose.
Confidentiality
The environment, the access details and anything you can see inside it are confidential. Do not share the link or the password outside the colleagues in your organisation who are involved in evaluating the product. Do not post screenshots publicly. If you need to show it to someone else, ask us and we will issue them their own access.
No reliance and no warranty
The demonstration is provided as it stands, with no warranty of any kind. Nothing in it is professional or safety advice, nothing in it should be relied on for any decision about a real building, and its content may change or be reset without notice. Anything you enter in it may be deleted at any time.
Availability and withdrawal
This is a demonstration, not a service with an availability commitment. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time and for any reason, including after a period of inactivity.
Please do not
Attempt to gain access beyond what you were given, test the security of the environment other than under our vulnerability disclosure policy, upload any real client document or any personal data, or use automated tools to extract its content.
Personal data
If you contact us about the demonstration we hold your name, your organisation and your email address so we can respond and follow up. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry about our product. The Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to exercise them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
