Every gap becomes an item with an owner, not a line in a report.
A list of problems is not a deliverable. Veridatum turns every conflict, missing evidence class, recorded unknown and non-compliance into a tracked item — with the document class that would resolve it, the party most likely to hold it, and a status your team works through.
What it does
The Clarification Register
Items graded by safety-criticality, each with a recommended action and a workflow from open to requested to resolved — or accepted, where a gap is a limitation you choose to record rather than close.
Routing to whoever can actually answer
Each item names the likely resolving document and the party who probably holds it: the handover contractor, the fire consultant, the accountable person's own records. The platform routes and tracks; your chain resolves.
Checked against a golden thread evidence checklist
The document classes an occupied higher-risk building is expected to hold are checked on every run, so absence is detected rather than assumed away.
Exportable as a task list
Hand the register straight to a consultant or contractor as a CSV, or issue the full evidence pack as a workbook. The register is what makes the output worth paying for rather than a raw list of problems.
What you end up with
- Gaps assigned, tracked and closed rather than restated
- A task list your consultants can act on directly
- A defensible record of which gaps you accepted and why
The rest of the platform
These areas are designed to be used together — the register is only as good as the extraction behind it.
See it on a real building
The demo runs on an anonymised 15-storey tower, with the findings the pipeline actually produced.
