What it does
The Building Record
One row per attribute — height, cladding system, compartmentation, test evidence — with its value, confidence grade, source count and verification status. Open any value to see the quotes behind it and jump to the document.
Conflict detection across sources
Where documents disagree materially, the attribute is marked CONFLICTING and every competing value is shown side by side with its source and date. Different wording of the same value isn't treated as a conflict.
Unknown as a first-class state
Where a document explicitly records something as unconfirmed, that becomes a recorded unknown rather than a blank. An honest unknown is exportable, defensible evidence; a confident guess is a liability.
Human verification with an audit trail
A competent person reviews each finding with the evidence beside it and verifies, rejects or annotates. Every decision is timestamped and attributed — and re-running the pipeline never overwrites it.
